Summer Camping
- BSA National Annual Health & Medical Record form ABBC signed by your Doctor PRIOR to leaving for camp - when turning these in to the Troop, please make certain to turn in the original and 2 copies
- Camp specific forms, check with the Summer Camp Leader(s) there could be many needed for each Camp and will be emailed to you for completion PRIOR to leaving for camp
